Now coming back to the point, how to get your login credentials (CSC ID and Password) after registration. It’s simple you just need to follow the given steps below.
Step by step process to get CSC ID
- Visit this link to check your CSC statues https://register.csc.gov.in/register/status form like show in the below image will appears in your screen.
- Now enter your ARN- Application Reference Number that you received at the time of registration
- Fill the given Captcha code and hit the submit button.
- You will get your CSC ID as well as Digimail ID on your screen.
How to Reset Password of Digital Seva account?
Now you have your CSC ID as well as Digimail ID, but you don’t have the password of both. So no need to worry, just follow the steps given below.
- Go to the given link https://register.csc.gov.in/myaccount/login and login to your Digital Seva account without password,
- For that click on the link, and enter your CSC ID that you have received from the above steps.
- Fill the given Captcha code and checkmark terms and condition box. Now hit the submit button.
- A new window will open and you will also receive an OTP on your registered Email ID. Enter that OPT on that page as shown in the image.
- Fill the given Captcha code, checkmark the conform box and hit the Validate button.
- A new window will open in your screen for fingerprint authentication.
- Press the button to start the process. Give your fingerprint with any suitable device.
- Now you have successfully logged into Digital Seva account.
Register New Password for Digimail
By following the above steps you have been able to login in to your Digital Seva account. Now you can easily register your Digimail password. For this you just need to go to the digital seva dashboard and follow the given below steps.
- Now go to Account Settings and click on it as shown in the image.
- An option will come to update your password
- There will be two options on screen first is Digimail password and second is connect password. Clisk on connect password, and set your password as shown in the image.
- Now click on update password button, your password will be successfully registered on the portal.
Changing Digital Seva Account Password
Now you can easily access your Digimail account. Login to your digimail account and follow the steps given below.
- Open the given link https://connect.csc.gov.in/auth/forgot_password
- A window will open as shown in the image asking for your details no get new password.
- Enter your CSC ID and Digimal ID in the given section.
- Enter the given Captcha code, and hit the “get a new password” button.
- You will receive a email with a link inside it, click on the link and reset your password.
- Your password is changed to new one successfully
