About Parivar Pehchan Patra Yojana
The State government of Haryana has launched Parivar Pehchan Patra Yojana scheme under Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana. This scheme is an initiative by State government of Haryana to secure the future of Economically Weaker Sections, underprivileged by providing need full facilities by schemes like life and accidental insurance, pensions, provident funds for farmers and unorganized workers of the state. The main focus is to create transparency between government services provided to the needy people. 54 lakh families are get benefits from this scheme.
The State government of Haryana has created the Parivar Pehchan Patra Portal which is user-friendly and provides permanent unique Family ID to the residents of Haryana. This Family ID will be of 14 digit which will be mentioned on the card along with mobile number and name of the head of the family will be on the top of card.The 3 digits will be for Village and 5 digits will be for family.Id and password is provided to individuals after registration to access the information, avail variety of benefits and welfare schemes. There are three schemes integrated in the Parivar Pehchan Patra Portal for social justice and empowerment:-
- Disability Pension Scheme
- Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme
- Widows and Destitute Women Pension Scheme

- Resident of Haryana
- Should have Family ID of families identified in 2011 secc survey as BPL- Below poverty line family card.

- Navigate the website edisha.gov.in or the official website https://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in/
- Home page will be open, click on option “Update Family Details”.
- Now using your name/aadhaar number or mobile number search your family ID.
- Now copy Family ID form search results.
- Select family ID Haryana a pop up menu will be open with 2 options Add or Delete Family Member.
- Click on the desired option and update your Pehchan Patra.
- After completing updating. Click on submit button.
- Your Family ID will be updated and now you can download or take print out of your Pehchan Patra.
